Eligibility Criteria:
• Flying Branch- Graduates (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognized University who have attained minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or BE / B Tech degree (Four year course)from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.

I- Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)} - Candidates applying for AE (L) branch would be eligible if they have undergone a minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized University or cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies.
II- Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) {AE (M)} - Candidates applying for AE (M) branch
would be eligible if they have undergone a minimum of four year degree qualification from a
recognized University or cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of
Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies.
• Ground Duty Branches-
I- Administration & Logistics- Graduate Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all papers put together or a Post Graduate Degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together.
II- Accounts- Graduate Degree in Commerce (B Com)(Minimum three year degree course) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all papers put together or Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (M Com) / CA/ ICWA with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together.
III- Education- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together.
Age Limit:
• Flying Branch- 20-24 Years
• Technical Branch- 20-26 Years
• Ground Duty Branches- 20-26 Years

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/test conducted by the organization.

IBPS Clerk Exam 2014: Online Test Pattern

IBPS is perfectly ready for conducting Common Written Examination for recruitment in Clerical Cadre. The examination will be conducted on 6 December 2014, 7 December 2014, 13 December 2014, 4 December 2014, 20 December 2014, 21 December 2014, and 27 December 2014.
The written examination will be conducted in online Format. IBPS has provided details about Online Pattern, which is mentioned below:
  • A login screen will be displayed to the candidate. The candidate has to log in using his/her User ID and Password which is provided on the Call Letter.
  • After logging in Candidate’s profile (Name, Roll No. & Photograph etc.) will be displayed and the candidate has to confirm the same by clicking on the 'I confirm’ button, confirming the profile is correct.
  • Thereafter, the instructions will be displayed on the screen.
  • The candidate should read the instructions carefully and indicate that he has done so by 'checking' (click) the box at the bottom of the screen, after which the ‘l am ready to begin' button is activated.
  • After clicking on the 'I am ready to begin’ button the actual test time will begin.
  • There are 200 questions and each question is followed by 5 alternatives/options.
  • The total marks for the test are 200.
  • The questions except those on English Language will be available in Hindi and in English. In order to view a given question in the other language, the candidate can click on the ‘view in' drop down box and select the desired language.
  • Only one question will be displayed at a time.
  • In order to answer a question, the candidate has to 'mouse click’ the option he/she thinks is appropriate /correct. The alternative which has been clicked on will be highlighted and shall be treated as the answer given by the candidate for the question.
  • After selecting an answer for a question the candidate should click on the ‘SAVE & NEXT’ button to save his answer and proceed to the next question. Note: that without clicking on ‘Save & Next' button the answer selected for a question will not be saved.
  • In case a candidate does not wish to attempt the question then he/she should not click on any option for that question. The candidate can choose to deselect his/her answer for a particular question by clicking on the ‘Clear Response’ button provided against each question.
  • In case a candidate wants to skip a particular question and return to it later before submitting his/her test or a candidate 'clicks’ (selects) an answer for a particular question but wishes to review it later, he/she may note down the question number on the sheet provided. In such cases the candidate may also click on the ‘MARK FOR Review & NEXT’ button. In case an answer has been selected for a particular question which has been marked as ‘MARK FOR Review & NEXT’, the answer marked will be taken for final evaluation.
  • The question numbers of attempted and unattempted questions are also shown to the right of the screen. A candidate can then click on any of the question numbers to view the question, in order to attempt revise his/her answer to the question.
  • Each question number will be displayed in a particular colour depending on the status of the question:
  1. White: Not visited : Question has not been viewed! attempted
  2. Red : Not Answered : Question has been viewed but not answered
  3. Green : Answered : Question has been answered
  4. Violet : Marked : Question has been marked for review later
  • Candidates are not permitted to submit their answers before the entire test time i.e 120 minutes is over.

IBPS 4th CWE for Specialisit Officers in PSU Banks Nov-2014

IBPS conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) for Specialist Officers Cadre (SPL-IV)

IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 22 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment process of Specialist Officers which includes Written Examination,  Common Interview and provisional allotment.

A Common Written Examination (CWE  SPL-III) will be conducted on 14/02/2015 and 15/02/2015 by the IBPS as a pre-requisites for selection of personnel for Specialist Officers Cadre posts in the following 22 Public Sector Banks.

  • Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Bhartiya Mahila Bank/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ ECGC/ IDBI Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank/  Any other Bank OR Financial Institution
Those will be successful in the Common Written Exam (CWE) will be given a scorecard (Like CAT exam of IIM) and will be interviewed and may apply to any of the participating bank when they come up with their job vacancy and then these successful candidates have quote their personal details and their CWE scores.
