Andhra Bank and Manipal Global Education Services have come together to offer training in banking & finance followed by PO job.First eligible candidates are selected through a selection process and trained in skills required for working in a bank.On completion, they are taken in by Andhra bank as probationary officers.
The is very similar to ICICI bank PO recruitment programme & Baroda Manipal PO recruitment but there is a difference:
Group discussion/ Interview – in the months of Aug/ September
Training for 1st batch starts in the last week of Sept.
Will all applicants be called for GD or whether the bank would shortlist candidates as per their CWE scores is not mentioned.
The cost of undergoing this course if Rs.3.30 lacs which can be paid by availing a loan from Andhra bank.This amount will be reimbursed to you by the bank after 5 years of service , though the bond period is 3 years.
For meeting your personal requirements during training stage, monthly stipend of Rs.2500 (during 9 months) & Rs.10000 (internship) shall be paid.

Who are eligible:
If you are looking to apply for this andhra bank recruitment, the following eligibility conditions must be fulfilled,- Age to be within 21 – 29 yrs (+3yrs for obc & +5 yrs for sc/st), as on 31.07.2012
- Should have completed degree or equivalent in first class (60%)
- A valid IBPS PO scorecard is necessary

What's Next:
Candidates selected in this manner will undergo 9 month classroom training at Manipal university,Bangalore followed by a 3 month internship at any branch of Andhra bank.On completion of 12 months training, the trainees shall be awarded Post graduate diploma in banking & finance along with their appointment letter to work as PO in andhra bank drawing a salary of Rs.3 lacs /year. |

The application fee of Rs.100 (gen/obc) & Rs.25 (sc/st/pwd) should be paid at andhra bank branches (or) through NEFT before August 14. But go for payment of fees after submitting your application online.- Obtain the payment receipt

- Fill in your correct details & click on submit
- A link to download fee challan will be given to take a print.
- Now, add your photo, signature & payment details by entering the reg.no and password
